I am always looking for a Vivien Leigh film that has a worthy leading man and Waterloo Bridge is one of my favorites. Robert Taylor and Vivien look great together in this lovely yet saddening story. Although I wish the ending had been different, I guess it would take away from the drama and the plot Waterloo Bridge is a poignant example of this truth. This film reminds us that real love is worth everything we have to give and that real love is never lost, even when the romance is over.
